How can I keep spam emails from being included on a dynamic report?

Exclude extraneous comments created from being seen on a report

Comments can be created from email that has been sent to your project email. There may be emails that aren't valid comments, however, such as an unfortunate spam email or a misdirected email that is irrelevant to the project. If you inadvertently created a comment from one of these emails manually, or have the option set to automatically generate comments from emails, you will most likely want to exclude this stray comment from being seen among others on your dynamic report.

Archiving a comment will successfully exclude it from your report. To archive a comment, click the red icon next to Reply in the lower-left corner of the comment.

Please note that while hiding a comment will keep the comment invisible to meeting attendees, this will not remove it from reports. Archiving is the way to accomplish this.
