To create a Question Response segment, go to your CRM page and click Create New Segment

In the next dialog, select your segment criteria, in this case Question Response.

Next, select a question from the dropdown list or start typing a keyword to find a specific question, e.g. “celebrating” and choose a question from the result list.

In the next dialog, you will see the various response options for that question. 

Select the answer the participants you wish to add to your segment will choose (i.e. those who will be celebrating the holidays this year), and then click Continue

Name the new segment and click Create Segment.

The new segment will be listed on the CMR page, from where you can edit it. 

You can also create segments by:
Comment tag
Meeting or Event
Subscriber Lists
📧 Email Recipients
🤳🏻 Project Participants
