To create a segment of similar participants based on their comment responses, head over to the CRM tab:

Click "Create New Segment", then choose "Comment Tag":

Next, choose a tags you'd like to associate with this audience and click "Add Tag":

You can select one tag, or multiple, just click "Add Tag" for each tag you'd like to select. Each will appear in green:

Once you have your tags selected, click Continue.
Now give the segment a name that you can identify throughout the system and click "Create Segement":

After the segment finishes building, you'll be prompted to view it:

From there you can view the segmented participants and use the segment to conduct email outreach, SMS outreach, create new report insights, or filter existing reports.
