When you first create your project, you have the option to set up your survey in one of two formats:
Content + Questions | Question Series (or Poll series) |

A Content + Questions project is a project or survey that can include survey questions, descriptive text, images, videos, project timelines, frequently asked questions, documents, & steps for organization. You can also add your own custom embeds. | A Question Series project is a "questions only" format that presents each question one at a time, as if they are on index cards. It's sometimes referred to as a "Poll series." |
You can edit the site format at any time after you create your project.
To do this, open your project and click the Settings tab and click the Site Format button:
Then select the Site Format that you prefer from the drop-down menu:
The project page will refresh. To view the new site format, click the View Live Site button in the top right corner:
