From the homepage of the toolkit, navigate to the SMS tab.
Click the "Edit Settings" button.
A dialogue box will appear where you can choose keywords to trigger a survey, separated by commas.
Note: if you pick a keyword that is already being used by a different survey, you will receive an error message stating "is already in use" and you'll need to pick a different keyword.
Note 2: If you can't see the SMS functionality, ask a customer success representative for help.
