If you do not already have text messaging enabled for your organization, you will need to contact our support team to enable texting. Please email us at support@publicinput.com or chat with us via the blue chat button at the bottom right of your screen.

First, turn on SMS text messaging by clicking the Text tab on your project's admin homepage, then toggling on the "enable SMS responses for this question set" button.

Next, contact support@publicinput.com to enable SMS text messaging. Text messages are billed as a pass-through cost. If you’re not sure about your current balance of text messaging credits, or would like to estimate messaging costs, reach out to us via the chat box in the bottom right corner.

Please note that text credits expire after 12 months.

Text messaging is routed through the standard PublicInput.com shortcode of 73224. You can also request a custom local number for an additional fee.
