Providing visitors direct access to your Zoom meeting
Under the More Conferencing Options settings, if you're not planning to use the YouTube or Facebook integrations to live stream your meeting, you can select the "Provide share conference number & access code" radio button:
Click Save to apply these changes.
Starting 30 minutes of your meeting start time, the Zoom meeting link will be shown on your meeting live site for visitors:
*Note: If you need to manage public speakers, a speaker queue, or accessibility is a key consideration, we highly recommend you use the YouTube integration option to provide a web-based live stream of your meeting and enable closed captions if your plan supports this.
