If you've enabled voicemail comments on your project, participants will receive a default message when dialing in stating the project's name and how to leave a comment. It is possible to further customize what the default message says upon dial-in. To begin, navigate to the project/survey you want to customize, and select the Phone Tab:
Select the Settings cog found next to the Enable Voicemail Comments toggle:
A prompt will appear with options to edit the public number, set a voicemail comment time limit, and a text field to type the prompt that you would like the automated voice to read verbatim (Example- "Thank you for calling Arlington XYZ project"):
You can only modify the project name to tailor the initial voicemail prompt, but at this time we do not offer custom voice prompt options.
