Planning for in-meeting speakers using the registration form
If you Enable Speaker Pre-Registration in your meeting's registration settings, the registration form will show a checkbox for participants to opt-in to request to speak in the meeting.
On the public registration form, registrants will see an option to be added to the meeting speaker queue:

Associating speaker requests with specific agenda items
