If you're not sure whether you'll use a specific question or piece of content, archiving is a good alternative rather than deleting it.

Once you've archived a question or content, how do you get it back?

To archive a question, on the Page & Survey tab, scroll down to the question you wish to archive and click on the Archive button.

When you archive a question, it gets moved down to the bottom of your project. So, if you're looking to un-archive a question you've archived, scroll down to the bottom of your project. You’ll see a list of all your archived questions. To move a question back to the active project, click on the Un-Archive button.

The question is automatically added to the bottom of the active survey, but you can move it. To do this, click and hold on the Menu button and drag the question to wherever you want it. Release the mouse button and your question is active again.

To check if your question is in the right place, click View Live Site at the top right of the page.
