PublicInput only works with Webex Meetings plans (NOT Webinars or Events)
Must be on a paid Webex Meetings plan to live stream
Cannot livestream from a Webex for Government Account
Admin must enable live streaming
Must be on Webex video platform V2.0 or greater
For live streaming, users must use the Webex Desktop App
Webex browser version does not support live streaming
Free Webex accounts can still use phone bridge, but cannot livestream

To be able to create a live event, a person needs to have the following things (your IT admin can provide more information):
An Office 365 Enterprise E1, E3, or E5 license or an Office 365 A3 or A5 license.
Permission to create live events in the Microsoft Teams admin center.
Permission to create live events in Microsoft Stream (for events produced using an external broadcasting app or device).
Full team membership in the org (can’t be a guest or from another org).
Private meeting scheduling, screensharing, and IP video sharing, turned on in Team meeting policy.

Additional Notes
Teams Rooms on Windows can only support live event presenters.
Teams for Windows 10 S can't support presenters or producers.
Guest users can't join as attendees on the web, and must join using either desktop, iPad, or mobile.

The YouTube channel must be approved for live streaming in advance. It can take up to 24 hours to get approval.
The YouTube channel you have access permission to must be connected to an ongoing meeting.
The participants who have access permission to the connected YouTube channels are the ones who can start the live stream from Meet.
If host management is off: Anyone in the hosts’ organization can initiate a Live stream.
If host management is on: Only the hosts and co-hosts can initiate a Live stream.
