How PublicInput Handles Meeting Participation and Voicemail by Phone
One of the features we offer involves the handling of phone calls made by participants to PublicInput phone numbers.
Matching callers to existing records
When a participant calls a PublicInput phone number, our system initiates a search to check if the incoming phone number is associated with any existing user record in our database. If the system finds a match - that is, a user with the same phone number, it will subsequently link their meeting participation and any voicemails to that specific user record.
