Normally, the user's options for selecting from multiple-choice questions are presented in the order they were added by the admin: Option A, Option B, etc. However, this can be adjusted to display these options in a random series so that the ordering is different for each user.
On the multiple-choice question, click the cog icon to open the question Settings modal.
On the Settings modal, click the Options button in the upper-right corner and toggle Randomize Option Order at the bottom of the drop-down.
With this option toggled, the response options (1, 2 and 3 in the example above) will be presented in random order to the users interacting with the survey.
