Voicemail messages received for either a survey or a meeting can be downloaded as audio files once they have been collected.

All voicemails can be seen and downloaded by navigating to the project's Phone tab:

Here in the Phone Comments section, all voicemails for both the survey and meetings will be visible. Click Options next to the voicemail you wish to download and select Audio File to begin downloading it:

Meeting voicemails can also be downloaded from the meeting admin page while the meeting is live (during the meeting). Similar to the above, click Options next to the message within the Phone Comments section and then Audio File.
