Now that you've created your Sidebar and added content, let's decide where it should appear for your participants.

By default, the Sidebar is visible on every tab or step of your survey. However, in some cases, you may only want it displayed on the first tab or only on specific steps.

Here’s how to customize visibility for each step of your survey:

  1. Open Tab or Step Settings
Hover over the name of the Tab or Step you want to customize, then click the pencil icon that appears.

  2. Adjust Sidebar Visibility
In the settings panel, look for the “Show Sidebar” toggle and choose whether you want the Sidebar visible on that step.

  3. Save Your Changes
Click Save to apply your updated settings.

💡 Tip:

While adjusting your tab’s settings, you’ll also see an option to display the content at full width (ignoring default padding). This isn’t recommended for most survey pages, but can be helpful for maps or embedded tools that need more space.
