About the PublicInput Zapier app

Zapier is an automation tool that connects with many popular platforms including Microsoft Office, Google Docs, ESRI (*requires connector), Slack, Microsoft Teams, and more. Learn more about Zapier here.

PublicInput's native Zapier application allows you to connect your Public Input account to any of the hundreds of supported applications without the need for custom coding.

You can setup triggers when new data is created in PublicInput, and then run automated processes to use that data in other software:

Get access to the Zapier app

PublicInput's Zapier plugin is private to current customers and requires an API key. Click here to get access to the private app:

Once you've created an account and installed the PublicInput.com Zapier app, you'll be asked for your PublicInput.com API key.

Create your API key

To create your API Key, you'll want to log into your account and visit the settings page in the Integrations tab.

Click “Create new API key", provide a name for this key (i.e. "Communications team Zapier Key") and then copy the API key and paste it into Zapier.

Once you've entered your API Key and clicked continue, we'll test your account to make sure the connection works. You're all set, and can begin creating zaps from here!
