In the project admin page, open the "Page and Survey" tab.
Click the "Edit all" button:
From here, you'll see a dialog that will update all questions at once:
These changes will be applied to all questions (archived, hidden, and active).

If you want to update multiple questions, and aren't ready to fully archive/close your project, the "Edit All" dialog is helpful.
