Printing your meeting sign-in QR code for contactless sign in sheets

If you'd like to print out contactless sign-in on paper to post around your meeting venue, a handy download link is available.

The contactless sign-in function is a great option for providing meeting attendees a safe, contact-free way to register and request to speak at the in-person component of a hybrid meeting.

You can view the steps for accessing and launching your contactless sign-in screen here.

If you're looking to incorporate the QR code and link into handouts or post paper signs at meeting entrances, you can download the contactless QR code image from the main contactless sign in screen:

  1. Mouse over the QR code image.

  2. A download button will appear below the QR code image.

  3. Click the button and a high-res image will be downloaded to your computer.

You can now add this image to your text editor or presentation tool of choice, such as Word, Powerpoint, Keynote, and more.
